Don has comprehensive knowledge in many areas regarding best business practices with 20+ years’ experience working with two Fortune 500 companies. As a profit driven manager, he is recognized for skilled financial details with large P&L’s, building solid customer relationships and operation benefits for clients. He is an experienced manager with a diverse industry background.
Don’s assignments focused on revitalizing industry operations by evaluating service levels, sales, business strategies and controlling costs to improve return on investments.
He has extensive knowledge in the client relationship field, dealing one on one with business individuals, developing multi-unit business partners in their focused areas. Don has been strategically involved in many operational consolidations to create a focused market presence, optimizing core corporate strategies to best service the client.
Don is a United States Air Force veteran while serving our country in several positions around the world, holding a Top Secret security clearance. He obtained a degree in Political Science through the Armed Service GI Bill and is a proud 3rd generation graduate of the University of Tennessee. He and his wife Lisa have three children, two daughters attending the University of Tennessee and one son in high school.
